He was born in 1980 and laid the foundations of inter-brands communication by studying at the Department of International Relations. His adventure in advertisement industry started in 2002 at Cen Ajans Grey after being graduated. Anıl Aydın worked as Advertisement and Marketing Manager at Erikli & Nestle Waters for a period. He is one of the founder partners of ANL CREATIVE and performs his duty as the President of the Agency. Anıl Aydın, being quite into Trap, improved his ability to perfect hit in all senses with Trap. He was a member of the jury and the board of counselors at Kırmızı which is one of the most important competitions of the advertisement industry, and a member of the executive board of BRD (Bursa Association of Advertisers). And he currently is a member of executive board of TUGİAD (Association of Young Business People). He is a fan of Fenerbahçe and has a daughter with whom he cheers every moment.
Doğuş Şimşek, born in Istanbul in 1979, graduated from Tarsus American College and went on with his education in Uludağ University Department of International Relationships. He started his career on advertising in Barışçı Agency, and completed the MBA program in Beykent University in tandem with his career. He stills acts as chief executive in ANL CREATIVE, of which he is a founding partner of. Since he is our chief executive we prepared this section in a more serious manner, and since we are at it, we should conclude with that he is a solid Galatasaray sports club fan, married, and father of one. (And we also should state that our chief executive is also never afraid of imagining far and beyond as well.)
Hakan Taşçı was born in 1979 in Bursa. He started studying at the Department of Internal Relations at Beykent University after being graduated from Özel Namık Sözeri Private High School. He started his career in the advertisement industry at the summit as a Co-Founder to ANL CREATIVE in 2007 and continues still at the summit as the director of customer relations. Mentioning the summit, he has characteristics of an eagle flying with distributing tasks in a balanced way within the agency, his disciplined moves at meetings and farsightedness, in short, he has the Beşiktaş (Sports Clubs called as the Black Eagles) spirit. Hakan Bey is married and father of one.
June 1986; Bursa. While the Argentina tornado was whipping across Mexico at the World Cup, Caner who was to whip the designing storm 20 years later was just born. Caner, having lived the late 80's and early 90's with all colors of the time, also has typical characteristics of the Gemini. He was the best friend to a freckled boy of Sanita Bant. He met computer at early ages because his father is a technical draftsman. He used to prefer advertisements instead of cartoons on TV while he was taking little steps to design on Microsoft Paint. According to a legend, Caner took his first step not on a carpet but Paint. And according to another legend, in their relationship with Paint, Paint told him that it was not good enough for him, and Caner gets the message, and after being graduated from Bursa Erkek Lisesi High School, he takes the first scheduled flight to the European University of Lefke and meets Adobe there by chance. His adventure in art world started when he was caught while trying to color the black-white television with water colors. After collecting little-big awards in painting competitions, he passed the examination of Painting Department of Fine Arts High School, then started studying at the Department of Graphics at Anadolu University Faculty of Fine Arts. He went to İstanbul for working life. He took part in Above the Line / Below the Line, national and international projects. Now he shares his knowledge and experience with ANL Family. Literature and music are his other favorites. He loves First Innovators (A group of authors and poets in the history of the Post-Republic Literature) and existentialists. He sometimes performs as a DJ.
Talha Bıyık was born as a protest to Bevel Emboss and Drop Shadow effects in 1987. He shuttled between the advertisement agencies in Bursa and İstanbul but finally decided on his position at ANL Creative. Talha, being interested in all kinds of wheeled machines designed automobile magazines for years on his own. Then he shifted his interest to bicycles. He also loves going to arms of Mother Nature, countryside, wilderness, and moor with his wife who is also a graphic designer. He camps, sets fire and resembles a Survivor character with his long beard. He goes to Havuzlu Park every morning. He eats an apple, five walnuts, and a half banana. He shares half of the banana with his loved ones. He quitted smoking due to a bet and has become a healthier person. He dreams about a campervan from time to time.
Although records indicate the 8th month of 1975, he found out in the result of his diggings that he uttered his first scream to the life in April 1975. He has never been scared of uttering opponent screams throughout his life. His first lines in the Dreams Army were explored for the first time in the period when he was drawing pictures of the girls he liked in 1993. According to a legend, his competency in the design language arises out of the Linguistic Education he got at Ankara University, or the master’s degree education abroad, unknown, but undoubtedly, he is a “master” in the field of design.
Her advertisement adventure started while she was studying the Department of International Relations at Karadeniz Technical University, then she decided to move on her career in İstanbul. After she was graduated from University, she worked at various advertisement agencies in İstanbul and improved herself in the field of social media. Şebnem, having started her adventure in İstanbul at Ping Digital, later became the social media writer of Coca-Cola at Plasenta. Şebnem, having worked with many global brands like Coca-Cola, improved herself in the industry within a short period. Out of her life at the agency, the last destination of Şebnem, who loves penguins and animated movies, before going to Antarctica has been ANL Creative. And it has been good.

The world of advertisement met her in 1997 at Cen Ajans Grey, and then she made many local magazines for which she did advertisement management fell themselves national. She was champing at the bit; she manages her agency for 5 years, design, media purchases, consultancy and all organizations were managed by her experience. Even running her agency was not enough for her, Dilek Hanım is experiencing limitlessness at ANL's imagination world. She improves herself every day by saying there is no limit in experience. By the way, her 6-year-old daughter is her shining star. She calls her the sweetest in the world, but this is not enough. Her shining star is the sweetest in the Galaxy.
Belma, 25, who studied at Cyprus International University in Advertising and Public Relations department, had started her career with speed. She already has represented numerous global and local brands in the sector as an account executive. In the summers of her studentship, she has practiced the know-how she gained during her education in Cyprus during winters. Starting her internship in the agency “A Graphic Design” in Istanbul, she moved onto the brand side in “Doğtaş Mobilya”. Grasping the workings of both the brands and the agencies, she moved onto tricks of the trade in “Öykü Media”. Her path crossed with ANL CREATIVE due to her moving into Bursa. In our agency she’s nowadays known as “the Bubblegum Monster” and you can find her talking about her love for her dog Şanslı (Chauncey) with a motherly affection. She shows the same care she shows for her family as their single child to all her brands and customers, meticulously.
According to her identity card, she was born in January 1977, but according to Fatma Abla, it was when the peaches were ripe. Whenever we take a request for revision, she brings a glass of tea and says "it helps to swallow."
